2. The service
StyleLens uses AI to identify clothing in images you provide and to suggest the same or similar items from third-party retailers. Results are suggestions only and are not guaranteed to be exact matches.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
- Only upload images you own or have permission to use.
- Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
5. Intellectual property
StyleLens and its branding, design and software are owned by us. You retain rights to the images you upload, and grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service.
6. Third-party links & retailers
Shopping results link to third-party retailers we do not control. Prices, availability and product details are set by those retailers. Some links are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of outfit identification, product matches, prices, or availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleLens is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for purchases you make from third-party retailers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
